Then, in May 2009, the high pressure power steering hose failed while entering Turn 5 at Watkins Glen. The car went into the ARMCO at 105 mph on the outside in three places and was dead for good. The drivetrain has since been installed in a 1991 E30 318is. Good parts never die!
