ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT + COMMENTS
The third 3.2-liter CSL produced and likely the oldest surviving one (the first two were test cars). VIN 2275489 was delivered on Friday the 13th of July to BMW's Sales and Marketing division and fitted with the registration plate number M-YM313. It was used for the famous black and white photos included with the 1973 IAA press kit, and was also one of the cars on display at the BMW test track in 8/73 (for the introduction of the 1974 BMW range to the press). BMW sold the car in 1974 to a customer in Southern Germany. It was imported to Switzerland in 1977 and driven until 1990. I bought the car in 1994 and have stored it ever since.
